RFA ပေးစာ ပြန်စာအစီအစဉ်ကို ထုတ်လွှင့်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီတစ်ပတ်မှာတော့ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်၊ ကချင်ပြည်နယ်၊ ရန်ကုန်၊ စစ်ကိုင်းနဲ့ ပဲခူးတို့က ဖုန်းနဲ့ ဆက်သွယ်ပြောလာတာ၊ စာနဲ့ ရေးသားပေးပို့လာတာတွေကို RFA သတင်းထောက် မဖြူဖြူခိုင်က စုစည်းတင်ပြပေးမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ် မှာ AA, မြန်မာတပ်မတော်၊ ရခိုင်ပါတီများ၊ အရပ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့များ နဲ့ ရခိုင်ပြည်သူများက UEC ကို အခု ချက်ခြင်းမကြာမီ အချိန်အတွင်း ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ ကြင်းပပေးဘို့ တောင်းဆိုနေကြပါတယ်၊ စစ်မဖြစ်တော့ဘူး ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ အမြန်ကျင်းပပါတဲ့၊ စစ်တပ်နဲ့ ရခိုင်စစ်တပ် က ဘယ်လို တရားဝင် သဘောတူညီချက်တွေ ချုပ်ဆိုပြီးပြောတာလဲ၊ လက်လွတ်စပယ် ပြည်သူတွေကို နေရပ်ပြန် မဲပေး ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ လုပ်ပြီးစလွယ် ပြောတာ တော်တော် အံ့ဩစရာပါပဲ၊ စစ်အစိုးရခောတ်လို ပါစပ်ကပြောတာ ဥပဒေဖြစ်တဲ့ခောတ်မဟုတ်တော့ပါဘူး၊ အခုလုပ် အခုဉပဒေဖြစ် က အလွန် စိုးတဲ့ စစ်ဝါဒီတွေရဲ့ လက်လွတ်စပယ်ပြောတာဆိုးလွန်ပါတယ်၊ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ လုပ်ရမဲ့ ဉပဒေတွေရှိတယ်၊ ပြင်ချင်၊ အသစ်လုပ်ချင်ယင် ဉပဒေ ပြုရေးလုပ်နည်းအတိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရပါမယ်၊ စစ်အစိုးရခောတ်မဟုတ်ဘူးဆိုတာ AA ရော စစ်တပ်က ပါ မေ့နေပြီလား၊ ပြီးတော့ ပြည်သူတွေ နေရပ်ပြန်နေတာ ဘယ်သူက တာဝန်ယူ ပြောတာရှိလဲ သူတို့ရဲ့ အသက်တွေ မကြာခင် တေယာက်ပြီးတယောက် ဆုံးရှုံးရတော့မှာ သူတို့တွေမသိဘူး၊ ရွာတွေ အနီး လယ်ကွင်းအနီး တောတောင်စိုက်ခင်းအနီး တဖက်နဲ့တဖက် ထောင်ထားခဲ့တဲ့ မိုင်းတွေ က ရွားသားတွေကို စောင့်နေတယ်၊ ဒါတွေကိုရော ပြည်သူတွေသိ့ရဲ့လား၊ လွယ်လွယ်လေး စစ်ရေးနိုင်ငံရေး ကစားကွက်ထဲ ရွာသူရွာသားတွေ အသက်တွေပေးရမှာကြတော့ ဘယ်သူမှ့ သတိမပေး မပြောကြပါလား၊ AA မြန်မာစစ်တပ် ရခိုင်ပါတီ နဲ့ လူမှု့အဖွဲ့များအာားလုံး UEC ကို ဉပဒေနဲ့ အညီ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ ဘယ်လို ဘယ်အချိန် လုပ်ရမယ်ဆိုတာ ပြန်ဆွေးနွေးစေချင်တယ်၊ အဓိကကတော့ ထောင်ထားခဲ့တဲ့ မိုင်းတွေ ဘယ်လိုလုပ်မလဲ၊ ပြည်သူတွေ ရွားပြန်ပြီး မိုင်းထိမှာတော့ မကြာခင် ဆက်တိုက် ကြားရပါလိမ့်မယ် ဆိုတာ RFA ကတဆင့် ရခိုင် ရွာသူရွာသားများကို အသိပေးစေလိုပါတယ်ခင်ဗျာ၊ သူတို့ကိုဘယ်သူမှ သတိ မပေးကြဘူးထင်ပါတယ်၊ ရခိုင်ပြည်သူများ ဘေးရန်ကင်းပြီး လုံခြုံကြပါစေ။

Dear, Sir/Madam, I would like to ask about election in Northern Rakhine State in myanmar. AA and Myanmar Arms forces urge UEC to held election in some parts of Rakhine state where election could not be able to held election in 8th of November. AA, Myanmar army, Rakhine parties, Rakhine people and all organisations urge UEC to held election now. I don't think UEC held election now because of all thoese state holders say there is peace, no more war, people wants it now. This is not a time nilitary rule the nation, whatever military say is law and regulations but myanmar is not ruling by military any more. Therefore UEC has to fo;;ow the nation's law and regulation according to election procedure step by step, if UEC want to make a new law and regulation, oit has to be pass through law making process. I just want people to know that our nation is not a military rulling country any more. UEC has to follow election law and regulation, otherwise our country will go back to military style rulling if UEC decide to held election as AA, Myanmar military, Rakhine parties and Rakhine people wants to held election now.
